It’s difficult to find a garage with mechanics that give you accurate honest information, recommendations and usable feedback. Maidens was definatley a breath of fresh air.
They also recognized my veterans plate and were quick to point out that my service entitled me to a discount.

Our Customers Are the Best!

Thank you, most sincerely for preparing our 2012 Subaru Forester for our road trip to Newfoundland, and most importantly, contributing to the safety of our wonderful trip! We drove a little over 8,500 km and our Forrester performed excellently. Not once during our entire drive, did it give us a problem. You and your staff have taken care of our 10-year-old Subaru for many years now. Your professionalism, excellent workmanship and commitment to fairness is, in our opinion, the hallmark that you have established for your company. We will be dedicated clients of Maidens Family Auto Care as long as we own a car.

Craig has made me feel comfortable that I am being told the truth about what our vehicles actually need. I took my daughters car to Craig after she was told it needed hundreds of dollars in repairs somewhere else, he looked at immediately and the problem was solved quickly, and at an affordable price. No “wallet biopsy” as he says.

You have no idea how much it means to me to know that I have someone to trust and count on with both my vehicles. Being a single woman you sometimes feel that people are trying to take advantage of you; BUT I KNOW and TRUST that my best interests are being taken into consideration when I bring my cars in for service. You always make me feel welcome and understand what I'm trying to say and/or describe - lol.

I admit it, I am a woman that knows very little about cars. Before taking my car to Craig, I would dread going to the dealer for even an oil change because I was always worried I was being taken advantage of. Due to his excellent and trustworthy commitment to his customers as well as superior service over the past 10+ years my husband, sons and daughter-in-law all now see Craig for their automotive needs. We trust and know that Craig will take care of us.

There's a reason that for more than 25 years I've followed Craig because I can trust him. I have referred many people and all of them would go nowhere else. Craig cares deeply his customers and our community. He is conscious of providing cost-saving solutions to his customers and genuinely has their best interests at heart. He is personable, reasonable and flexible. And above all, along with having a big heart and integrity, he is someone you can trust.
- Jaak Reichmann
When our daughter got her first car, the very first thing we did was bring her to Craig. He let her know if she had any car problems no matter where she was that she should call him second (call Mom & Dad first!) and gave her his cell phone number. We’ve been doing business with Craig for years and feel good knowing he’s got our back and the backs of our children.

Craig is AWESOME! He greets us and treats us like his own family. The price is right. The work is excellent. The honesty is there. I can always count on him to take excellent care of the safety of our cars for our family. There are so many things to worry about in this world, with Craig I don’t have to worry about our cars. I recommend him whenever I can to everyone. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband had just passed away and I felt like I'd get taken to the cleaners going to a mechanic. My dealer told me there was a lot wrong with my 1 year old car, but with Craig, I was comforted knowing he'd fix just what needed to be fixed at a reasonable price and made me feel comfortable to know that my car was safe. I have also recommended him to two friends and my granddaughter. I would recommend Craig to anyone.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Craig for almost 20 years. Over the years and many cars later, Craig has proved himself time and again as he kept our cars well maintained and at a reasonable cost. He has never tried to “oversell me” on a repair, only doing what is needed, when it is needed. Craig is a mechanic that you can trust.

I have been doing business with Craig Maidens for several years. He is an essential part of my family, looking after not just my vehicle but both my kids as well. He is more than knowledgeable and always offers a fair and reasonable quote before beginning repairs. Craig makes everyone feel welcome when they walk in the door, often with a personal greeting. When someone takes the time to learn about you and your family, you know you are not just another customer, but part of the family.
- Julie Morrison
Craig has been our mechanic for more than 15 years. His service is always friendly, quick, reliable and reasonable. As a busy mom of 4, Craig makes sure I can get back home while I wait.

I have referred many people to Craig over the 25+ years and all of them would go nowhere else. He cares deeply about his family, his extended family, his customers and the community that we live in. He is conscious of providing cost-saving solutions to his customers and genuinely has their best interests at heart. Simply put, it's because I can trust him.
Jaak Reichmann
I was a customer at Craig's previous garage for several years. During this time I found Craig to be both professional and personal - he always recognized my voice over the phone, could slot me in early morning to accommodate my work schedule, and I never got the sense he was trying to take advantage of me. Even gave me discount once when I fixed his computer while waiting on a tire swap! 5/5 would recommend.

I am so very happy with the work you have done on my late wife's (52 years of special love) car. Until I met you guys, I was thinking of scrapping it. Seeing it every morning, just disintegrating, made me sad. I think you are a unique family in the auto industry, and I really feel good getting to know you all.

Most garages like to add repairs that are not needed or wanted. I left feeling very comfortable knowing that I got exactly what I needed fixed. Great service ! Thank you Maidens.

For my visits to maiden family auto care, I was treated courteously and my car was serviced quickly and efficiently. When it was discovered that there was a problem with my tires losing air after I’d had them installed, the problems were fixed quickly and free of charge to me. I find the people at Maidens family auto care to be friendly, professional and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone who wants great auto work done at a reasonable price.

You’re an honest company! I brought my car in for scheduled oil change. Since I hadn’t been driving it much you told me to wait and come back in a month. I know for a fact others would have just done it and not say anything ! Thank you!
