Thank you, most sincerely for preparing our 2012 Subaru Forester for our road trip to Newfoundland, and most importantly, contributing to the safety of our wonderful trip! We drove a little over 8,500 km and our Forrester performed excellently. Not once during our entire drive, did it give us a problem. You and your staff have taken care of our 10-year-old Subaru for many years now. Your professionalism, excellent workmanship and commitment to fairness is, in our opinion, the hallmark that you have established for your company. We will be dedicated clients of Maidens Family Auto Care as long as we own a car.

Craig has made me feel comfortable that I am being told the truth about what our vehicles actually need. I took my daughters car to Craig after she was told it needed hundreds of dollars in repairs somewhere else, he looked at immediately and the problem was solved quickly, and at an affordable price. No “wallet biopsy” as he says.

You have no idea how much it means to me to know that I have someone to trust and count on with both my vehicles. Being a single woman you sometimes feel that people are trying to take advantage of you; BUT I KNOW and TRUST that my best interests are being taken into consideration when I bring my cars in for service. You always make me feel welcome and understand what I'm trying to say and/or describe - lol.

I admit it, I am a woman that knows very little about cars. Before taking my car to Craig, I would dread going to the dealer for even an oil change because I was always worried I was being taken advantage of. Due to his excellent and trustworthy commitment to his customers as well as superior service over the past 10+ years my husband, sons and daughter-in-law all now see Craig for their automotive needs. When our daughter got her first car, the very first thing we did was bring her to Craig. He let her know if she had any car problems no matter where she was that she should call him second (call Mom & Dad first!) and gave her his cell phone number. We’ve been doing business with Craig for years and feel good knowing he’s got our back and the backs of our children.

Craig is AWESOME! He greets us and treats us like his own family. The price is right. The work is excellent. The honesty is there. I can always count on him to take excellent care of the safety of our cars for our family. There are so many things to worry about in this world, with Craig I don’t have to worry about our cars. I recommend him whenever I can to everyone. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
